Delivery time frames are an estimate and Unique Kreations 4U does not guarantee delivery date. Unique Kreations 4U is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays by the shipping company and unfortunately cannot refund shipping cost for delayed shipments.
If you have not received your package but, it shows delivered please contact your USPS or UPS facility. We should be notified within 21 days of non-receipt of package.
Unique Kreations 4U is not responsible for orders that were submitted with the incorrect shipping address. Please make sure all of your information is accurate before submitting your order. If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package within 2 business days, the item is the property Unique Kreations 4U and no refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once it has been confirmed.
You can not pick up online orders. We do not deliver.
